Description
Gond Katira (tragacanth gum) is a natural, edible gum from Astragalus plants. When soaked in water overnight it swells into a clear, soft jelly that is traditionally added to sharbat, lassi and falooda for a cooling effect in hot weather.

How to Use
Soak 1 teaspoon in a glass of water overnight. Add the swollen jelly to lemon water, milk, sharbat or falooda.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
